1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM local time will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen delays such as weather or courier disruptions.

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available).

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs process, or local courier performance.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and delivery method.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions — such offers will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of purchase.


4. Delivery Information

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all details are accurate, as DILVO LUXURY cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a card or notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold your parcel at a local depot.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery within the courier’s specified timeframe.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receipt of) your parcel.

  • Provide your order number and relevant photos or documentation of the issue.

  • We will liaise with the courier to investigate and may issue a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • DILVO LUXURY cannot control or predict these charges.
