Dilvo Luxury – Return & Exchange Policy

At Dilvo Luxury, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer cash or card refunds, we are happy to assist you with exchanges or provide store credit for eligible returns that meet our policy guidelines.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery (for Sri Lanka orders) or 30 days (for international orders).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage.

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, socks, or any other intimate apparel.

  • Accessories such as jewelry, caps, or bottles (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or personalized items.


2. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for the same style in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).

  • Store credit will be issued via email and will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


3. Return Shipping & Warehouse Address

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs.

  • All returns must be shipped to our warehouse at:

Please include your order number and contact details inside the return package to ensure faster processing.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@dilvoluxury.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost to you.


5. Gifts & Promotional Items

  • Gifted items may be exchanged for another size or color, or returned for store credit.

  • Refunds cannot be issued to gift recipients.

  • Complimentary or “gift with purchase” items cannot be returned or exchanged.
